Booth Assignments

Booth assignments are made by Show Management in consideration of size, seniority, timeliness of the application, and the choice indicated on the Application/Contract. Show Management reserves the unilateral right to allocate booth space as it sees fit. View the floor plan here.

Each individual booth space is 10’ x 10’:

NOTE: No utilities or furnishings are included in the booth space but can be ordered through GES. Exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of their booth area. 

Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations received in writing by Show Management on or before February 10, 2025, will be subject to an administration charge equal to 20% (percent) of the total exhibit booth fee. No refunds will be granted after this date.
