Edwin A. McDonald, III, DDS

For over 40 years, Dr. McDonald has developed and continues to lead a successful fee for service dental practice in Plano, Texas. He is actively involved in continuing education in dentistry as a visiting faculty member at The Pankey Institute and as a volunteer in education with the Texas Dental Association and The Dallas County Dental Society. Dr. Mac completed a certificate program at Naveen Jindal School of Business Of The University Of Texas At Dallas in Executive and Professional Coaching. He then partnered with his close friend, Dr. Joel Small, to form Line Of Sight Coaching. Their coaching practice is focused on leadership development, organizational culture development, team development, and individual and collective performance. Dr. Mac is a continuous student of leadership development, organizational culture, and business performance. The science of human performance, leadership, and organizational culture is very dynamic and requires constant attention in order to bring the best of the best concepts and strategies to clients. Dr. Joel and Dr. Mac have partnered with Mrs. Pina Johnson in their work through Line Of Sight Coaching. Pina is an experienced office manager of a multi location specialty practice group with over 40 employees for over 13 years. She is a certified professional coach and immensely talented. Dr. Mac and his beautiful wife JoAnne live in Flower Mound, Texas with their dogs and many critters from the woods behind their home. They have five adult children, Ashton, Tiphanie, Raymond, Zach, and Aidan.
