Rodney Johnston, MBA, CMA

Rodney Johnston is the Founder and Principal Broker of OMNI Practice Group, a leading provider of dental practice transitions, sales, valuations, buyer representation and real estate services. He is also past president of the National Association of Practice Brokers. Rod has assisted in the valuation of over one thousand practices and selling of hundreds of practices ranging from simple one doctor transactions, multi-location sales and DSO transitions. He is an accomplished public speaker who draws upon his vast experience in practice transitions, valuations, accounting, marketing, and practice management to educate and engage his audience. Prior to forming OMNI, Rod spent 15 years as Director of Treasury and Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless. Rod is also on the board of directors of Everyone for Veterans and is founder of the Eastside Basket Brigade which is a group that provides meals to hundreds of families for Thanksgiving.
