All managers and leaders, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to support employees around menopause. The aim of this session is to provide managers and leaders with everything they need to understand about menopause, what changes happen and symptoms that may be affecting people at work. Gaining knowledge about the different ways of managing menopause so you can signpost information and know how to support someone experiencing menopause symptoms. This course meets the Health Equity continuing education requirement for providers.
